Reimbursable | Both Parties shall be Jointly and Severally liable for the Fee, between themselves equally. |
Non-Refundable Commitment Deposits (NCD) | RM15,000.00. Before Prelim Hearing. |
Called for Advanced Deposit + GST | To be determined. |
Failure of either party pay the deposits | Ex-parte. |
Event of Settlement before an award | Fees to be paid within 14 days after notification of amount. |
Interim/Final Award to be taken within 14 days from notice | Payment to be made in full before collection. |
